EXTOL AS2 Secure - Starting/Stopping data between EBI and EEI

23rd October 2013

There are times we need to stop (and start) traffic between EXTOL Secure (ESX) and EXTOL Integrator and/or EXTOL Secure and EXTOL Business Integrator. Below is a brief description on how to do both

1. Log into EXTOL Secure

2. Determine what product EXTOL Secure is interfacing with: EXTOL EDI Integrator for iSeries or EXTOL Business Integrator.

3. If EXTOL Secure interfaces with EEI, choose the following icon

EXTOL EEI ESX Status icon

4. Once chosen, we should see the following window:

EXTOL EEI ESX Status Window

If the Status is GREEN, then click on the record and then <click> the orange square.

3a. If EXTOL Secure interfaces with EBI. choose the following icon

EXTOL EBI ESX Status icon

4a. Once chosen, we should see the following window:

EXTOL EBI ESX Status Window

If the Status is GREEN, then click on the record and then <click> the orange square.
