Bring your data into EBI/EEI but save it too
20th May 2012
If you use Extol Secure (ESX) with Extol Business Integrator (EBI) and/or EXTOL Integrator (EEI), chances are ESX is configured to use the message queue'ing.
When message queues are implemented the data is transported to EEI and EBI behind the scenes. There is no true copy of the data unless you dig around in the ESX directory (C:\ESX\resources\data\user\sessions).
An easier way to pass to the data to ESX and EBI, but save the data is to set-up a FileWriter to write the data to a specific location on your drive. When you set-up the File Writer, assign it to the ‘for_ebiprocessing’ and/or 'for_eeiprocessing’ channels.
